The room was dingy, the people that run the front desk are rude and you can't understand a word they are saying. Also they're crooks we had a room paid for online and they said we didn't have a room. It's nonrefundable. I'll never stay at another OYO chain again.
Booked a room for 2 days and paid in advance or I would have left lol. The first room wouldn’t lock so we switched rooms. They don’t have fitted sheets on the beds and the pillows are super flat. The refrigerator was broken so I went to get ice from the machine to discover it was also broken. Will never come back here. The only positive thing was the man that worked the front desk, he was really nice and switched the room the first time with no trouble.
