The room was filthy. My husband and I checked in and I began our usual hotel routine of wiping down light switches, the counter, toilet, and floors. But the place was disgusting. 1. I used the hotel soap and put it beside the faucet. When I picked it up again, the bottom side had black and brown smears on it. 2. The wipes used to clean the countertop ended up brown 3. We got to the hotel and door to front desk was locked and no sign posted to alert to other entrance. We spent almost an hour trying to reach someone at the front desk before they finally appeared. The tub had cracks around the trim on the top of the tub, the shower head sprayed like a water hose and shut off and on thruout the time in there, there was a large spider that came out of the jet in the tub while I was taking a shower, the shower curtain was not wide enough to cover the tub so water got all over the floor. Front desk lie about price and the pool being open try to make me make a payment on the phone then in person changed everything
