Literally the absolute worst hotel/motel experience I’ve ever had, really truly worse than any Motel 6 even. Get my key, go to my room, & my heart drops thinking I may have walked into someone else’s room. Nope, just hadn’t been serviced yet & was absolutely trashed from the last guest still at my 11:30pm check-in. Pick up the phone to call the front desk & nothinggg, correctly plugged in just not functional. I would give this -5 stars if I could. This place is taking reservations but is actually closed with a chain link fence around the property. I just happened to be in the area and drove by it. Can you imagine the dismay & frustration one would be in if you were to show up to a property that is closed and then having to scramble for lodging. It's a very deceptive practice to accept reservations if your building is closed. I called OYO and they didn't even know the property was closed. What scam are they running here?

I booked this motel 7 months ago for my family. They cancelled my reservation 1 week prior to my departure. Motels are limited hence why i initiated early booking. Not EVER going to consider OYO brand moving forward.

I booked a room for STP with OYO Centralia in January,. The reservation was canceled, with no reason given, over six months later, in July. To add insult to injury, rather than a courtesy call, I was notified of the cancellation by an automated SMS message when the deposit I had placed on the reservation was returned. Now, with two weeks and a couple of days until STP, it's impossible to book anything, anywhere that is compatible with participating in the event.
