Tony is the manager I guess. He made a ad on Craigslist to promote rooms. He stated that this hotel has a 5-star rating and something about being #1 with the police in the area? Because I said I'm coming from St. Louis...besides that I asked about the start of February when inquiring about prices. I have since then had to block this hotels number from harassment and before I wrote this review I've been called yet again about stopping by to look at rooms. It's a 5 hour trip...they are bothering me like I'm in town.
The room was not clean upon move in. The maintenance guy is very unfriendly. The place requires an inspection every week which consists of two creepy guys barging in and looking around. The landscaping is not kept up. We stayed here two months and the hallway was never cleaned once. It seems every time we try to take a shower during the day the water would be shut off without any notice.
Actually called The View. Although a little run down, the owner is doing his best to fix it up. They're clean. Super nice. Easy to work with. Gracious. My family is absolutely grateful for this place.
