El lobby huele mal hace falta limpieza y los cuartos no le cambian las toallas a diario a pesar que tú pagas todos los días me quedé porque la empresa pago el hotel mañana nos vamos

Unfortunately on the desired date all the lodgings were full. There was only the option of OYO. His hubicacion is scary. It has no indication to see from the road so several times we pass the entrance. It's in the back of a seemingly closed bar. Their breakfast service is directed, without option (cereal and juice) An aspect of very little hygiene. Faded and for its conditions too expensive.

The room initially seemed okay at time of check in. But when he got back to thr room after midnight we noticed a bug on the bed. We photographed the incident and went to the front desk where they quickly moved our room. This room was bigger but the bathroom door barely closed because of the carpet and the toilet was messed up. I definitely will not be returning.

Horrible experience. Rooms always dirty. Back doors or side doors always unlocked. There’s always homeless people sleeping by the side door. Very unsafe environment for children to be around. Their free breakfast is horrible those honey buns probably been in storage for years. You’ll be lucky if you get a room that doesn’t have stains everywhere and stink like dog. Even though only certain rooms allow dogs the entire hotel smells like dog and cat pee. No blankets to sleep with,only stained sheets. And most of the TVs don’t w... read more
