Wonderful, caring, extremely knowledgeable cardiologist. I think she may have saved my life.
My experience happened in the hospital after a second ischemic attack. She immediately put me at ease and had a plan of action to find out what is going on. After a nuclear function test was conducted with good results but still not answering the questions as to my heart issues she wanted to do the second test, an angiogram that afternoon. Her statement to me was "We need to know what's going on". Then she came and showed me detailed pictures of my heart, which immediately helped me relax and feel hope. She wouldn't be my choice after the way things went on a family member.
My 91 year old mother left Dr Igbokidid's office in April 2022 confused and bewildered as to why this doctor refused her any further healthcare. In fact, my mother received a letter from CHI St Vincents in Hot Springs Village, AR banning her from every seeking ANY medical care from this hospital all due to an incident that occurred on her first and final visit involving my father. I just had my first visit with Dr Igbokidi. The visit was thorough, informative, and a relief. Dr Igbokidi is straightforward and to the point. She will explain what’s going on and doesn’t sugar coat anything. I find that refreshing in a doctor. I am so thankful that she is my cardiologist now. Hot Springs is blessed to have this intelligent physician.
