The owner is very rude and never answers his phone. Says he has so many available and for a certain price so show up and nothing is available and he mentioned 3 different prices for when units are available. I believe his name was Jim. My mom had a unit for three years and made payments on time (I was personally going to his house in Hornell weekly to make payments) he didn't keep records and even when I showed him our records he denied receiving payment and without warning he locked my mom out and got rid of all her persona... read more

Owner does not keep good records of payments. Owner will charge months rental without authorization. Owner locks unit before end of contract.

After losing my husband, was what I thought close friends with Jim, did my best to be there for him during/ after his divorce and his mother dying, also constantly making payments to hang on to 33 years plus of my late husband's & my belongings in my unit. Texting, calling everything to stay up to date but ya sad to say Jim is all about Jim. I lost everything stored with NO warning! They don't have a contract. Safe to say the worst company ever. When leaving asked if I needed anything else to make sure everything was terminated. The guy said Nope just leave the key. Proceeded to charged me for 4 months even though I had moved out. Stay away!
