Good customer service. Great product which is not made by them but you have to buy it through them unless you get one second-hand (we purchased a new generator from them and payed them to install it). They did a good job. However, they use a good product to scam the consumer into overpaying for the install. Tip: buy the generator but don't let them near your place to install it.
