Excellent food, the staff needs to be welcoming. Very grumpy, and they are young.

The food is okay but I was expecting mole enchiladas and this isn’t that, just looks and tastes like a rojo salsa. Mole is supposed to be a rich brown color made from chocolate and spices. The menu claiming its mole was misleading. The enchiladas are almost $20. No chips and salsa are served with the meal like most restaurants do. Pinto beans weren’t anything special, pretty plain. The food quality is outstanding! The Roasted Chicken Bowl was fantastic. O'YA was recommended to me by a local bartender while visiting Chapel Hill. Locals definitely know best!
