customer service has been really bad. I requested a mask over three weeks ago and I have not received anything yet. the receptionist treat you as if they are doing me a favor instead of being polite and helpful. I have since moved to another provider.

Did the staff at this retail store pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable Were you able to get all of your questions answered while you were at this retail store? Every question I had was answered thoroughly Does the staff at this retail store always take that extra step to make you feel special? Was this provider sympathetic to your situation? Kind of, but I they could have been more understanding Does this provider treat their staff well? Kind of, but not very well Did this provider thoroughly explain the risks and benefits of your treatment? No, they didn't even attempt to explain Was this provider's office easy to locate? Fairly Easy Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? No, they take every concern of mine seriously

In the process of switching to Oxysound for my cpap supplier. Very helpful and friendly. I needed to get the compliance data off my machines and Michelle was very helpful even though I was not a regular customer. Highly recommend their service.

I was traveling from out of country and was referred to this business by the customer service rep from Philips. They were very accommodating, polite and friendly and went out of their way to help me.

Does this provider always put the customer first? Yes, they always put customers first Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Yes Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier! Did they follow up with you after your appointment? I had a follow-up appointment, but I scheduled it. Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? Not really, I've never seen them go above and beyond
