RecommendedHave been coming to this location in Stuart for 15 years for my C pap needs. Recently I needed to rent and purchase some medical equipment. I was greeted by sales associate Gabrielle Levesque, a VERY pleasant and knowledgeable person. She gave me all the time and information I needed to make my purchase . I needed help setting my cpap machine, the company I have is horrible. the sleep apnea testing place in Palm city is great and miss D who's a tech there sent me to oxypros to adjust my machine, they were so nice fixed my machine in minutes with my Drs script and all as a courtesy to miss D, I highly recommend this place oxypros for being very knowledgeable, courteous and kind. I'm just a stranger to them and they treated me like family thank you Michelle and crew!!!! please give them a try you won't regret it
So thankful to Scott for the rollator with seat. Extremely grateful for this donation. Also appreciated his thorough explanation of the lift chairs and power wheelchair. Will definitely return to get both soon. Visited one other medical supply company and OxyPros Plus was much more attentive, kind and compassionate. Desire to give my business to OxyPros Plus.
It is a very friendly, customer first company. I was there today and received 5+ � service from Steve, despite the fact that he was working alone and it was busy.
For some reason I always thought that OxyPros Plus was an oxygen only business. Probably the name through me off. So when I searched the Internet for a dme vendor nearest me I was surprised when they came up. I called and spoke with with Scott McElveen and he was polite, knowledgeable and very interested in helping me. I ended up getting the equipment I needed with them at a great price. Friendly helpful staff treated us like old friends
Have to say, Scott went way out of his way to help us get my dad settled in to an Assistant Living Facility on incredibly short notice! He went the extra mile (and more) and got us set up on one days notice. I did not catch his partners name when they did the set up but he deserves a mention, also! Very rarely do you see such dedication and empathy. I highly recommend this business.
