The listed phone number rings somewhere else apparently the main company owns several locations? The person who answered asked me if I knew what location I was near. She didn't seem to know what city it was located in. She put me on hold to try and call the Pascagoula location but couldn't find a number for them. It was all really weird.
Didn't notify anyone that they sold to another company and can't get supplies in person. Also been waiting a month for a letter to get supplies for cpap machine and can't reach anyone for it.
* My mom called called prior and confirm she could come today to get order after 1pm. I don’t understand how they have 5 stars. Today my mom went in to get an order that was called in by her provider. The lady working the counter was very rude. My mom informed her she was coming to pick up an order. The tone of the worker was rude and of someone who was annoyed. After finding her order she complained about not knowing what the order meant then told my mom she would have to pay for it.
