The Technician Josh that came out today was extremely pleasant and did an excellent job cleaning our living room carpet. I highly recommend this company. The price was also very reasonable and there wasn't any hidden fees or up charges which was also anther pleasant surprise. A+

Last week, I had my carpets cleaned by Oxymagic. The owner, Jake, was very polite and professional. He showed up early and took extra care making sure none of my collectibles were damaged during the cleaning process. He cleaned the carpet in four rooms and the area rug in my dining room. I could not be more satisfied with the results or the professional and efficient service Jake provided. It’s like a new house! The owner Jake did my carpets today. He was here early, dressed professionally, and was very courteous. He very clearly outlined a plan for the 2 rooms of carpet to make sure that stains that had been on the carpet would be removed. He suggested non-solvent based cleaners. He did an odor neutralizer and stain blocker in case my new puppy decides to try the carpet. :)
