Awesome experience! Coaches are super high energy and positive! I was a newbie and they helped me when needed and were super inspiring and motivating! Studio was super clean and everyone was soo friendly at the front desk! Plenty of bikes to go around and loved the high energy music. Kind of combined the positivity of yoga with a killer workout!
I love Oxygen from the moment I stepped inside! The staff is super friendly and helpful. Plus, brand new bikes, cool lights, and loud music. My first class was with Alex, and she is amazing! She led us through an awesome workout journey from the start and pushed us to the end. I highly recommend to anyone willing to have great cardio exercise while disconnecting for a while! I've been to a few different indoor cycling classes throughout San Diego, and Oxygen ranks at the top. I'm hooked and will be going back tomorrow.
When I first discovered Oxygen Studio, I had never tried indoor cycling yet. I took Bam's class and never regreted it: she is just amazing! You really feel her generosity and passion in teaching her classes. All instructors are great as they bring tones of positive energy to share it with us. I have had always done a lot of cardio but what they do is different: you really feel you are working hard but in a safe environment.
