Stephanie at The Oxygen Store was amazing. She helped me because I got a call that they wanted to pick up my machine, and I need it for my medical issues. She was able to get the script from the doctor, and now we're all good.
I'm giving Rotech 5 stars! I misunderstood my discharge instructions and didn't call right away to set up thinking that the large tank would last until the next day. Well, at 1am I realized I ran out of oxygen and panicked. I called Rotech and they had Daedae at my door to do a full set up at 2am! I can't say enough good about Daedae! If it weren't for him idk what I would've done. He got here so fast and he was so sweet about everything despite being woke up at 1am.
