Great CS and Management
32,00+ minute wait for phones. Call after hours and wait in queue until automated message comes up if you don’t believe me. I’m not sure what happened in the last month or so, but Rotech is quickly becoming worse for patients than Apria. My mother can’t live by herself anymore and lives with me. Dec 2024, she was discharged from hospital w/home oxygen orders and after a horrendous experience from a previous supplier & fight w/case mgmt to find another covered by her insurance, orders were sent to Rotech.
