Thank God for Aaron from the oxygen store in Peoria Arizona. My cannulas were broken, my connectors were missing and I ran out of Green tubing. I called the Ocygen store and there was 24-hour service...within a short period of time, Aaron delivered to me everything I needed: the tubing, cannula and the valves. I will continue to use Rotech via the oxygen store of Peoria
I had a great experience from the beginning to the end the staff was just great, Stephan took his time explain my sleep apnea equipment to me and I was confident that I can go home and have a good night's rest... I just love to have good customer service...
This is a shoutout to Rotech and specifically Mikey and his team including Karrie. We had a patient who needed oxygen after work hours urgently. Mikey came through within 10 minutes, wasted no time in getting the order processed, contacted the patient and arranged delivery the same night.
