I met with Stephan Mitchell. He was very detailed for me as I had been using an older ResMed device. I would recommend The Oxygen Store and Stephan to anyone being outfitted with a new CPAP machine.
The level of customer service has been amazing. Stephan has made several house calls to assist with new equipment. They all go above and beyond in caring for their patients. We are grateful for their professionalism.

This company is disorganized, defensive when they give you bad information instead of apologizing and correcting the issue immediately and the right hand doesn’t know what the left hand is doing. My experience with them has been consistently bad. Everyone drops the ball constantly. If your doctor orders a machine from this company, Make SURE YOU FOLLOW UP, make sure #1 they got the order, #32 the order has been sent through to their Director, #3 they understand what machine the order is for, since they call all of their oxyg... read more
Stephanie at The Oxygen Store was amazing. She helped me because I got a call that they wanted to pick up my machine, and I need it for my medical issues. She was able to get the script from the doctor, and now we're all good.
