Very relaxing atmosphere. I went because I'm experiencing lower lumbar pain. Thia definitely helped me with that and also did some work on my hands. This was great, as I'd gotten so used to repetitive strain injuries in my hands and forearms I'd begun to assume that's just how life is going to feel from now on.
