I've had such a great experience with Sam. She’s incredibly warm, thoughtful, and easy to talk to. From the very first appointment, I felt completely at ease. She's one of those people who genuinely cares and takes the time to make you feel comfortable. I highly recommend her!
Sam is a professional and experienced electrolysis technician using the most updated equipment. She is very calm and provides virtually pain free treatment. In my case she is removing significant hair on the end of my nose after I received a skin graft taken from the top of my scalp (so my nose is growing hair like the hair on my head). It’s a complicated and prominent area and my nose is looking great already. I’m grateful.
Had a good consultation but then wasn’t able to book for two months as there’s no availability. Ended up going elsewhere, so it was a waste of time. Too bad because it seems like a great place for electrolysis!
I have never met a business so disinterested in money! I called earlier in the year and was told the electrologists were busy but someone would call me. Nothing. So I called again a couple weeks ago. Same thing. No one is returning my calls. I guess I have to review based on lack of service since I've never actually been able to get any electrolysis done? (Shrug)
My experience at Oxygen Clinic has been exceptional. From the start, Ashley took the time to explain the electrolysis process in detail, ensuring I was informed and comfortable every step of the way. Ashley is incredibly knowledgeable and genuinely kind and patient, creating an atmosphere where you feel completely at ease.
