I began receiving emails about an account, that I did not open, and debit card being mailed to me, that I did not request. I have literally never heard of this bank until this week and, after reading the reviews Im understanding why I would never want to. I have tried to reach customer service several times to attempt (and confirm) cancellation with no avail. I am a small business owner, I accept multiple forms of payment, including; cash app, paypal, venmo, apple pay, etc. I initially began banking with Oxygen bank October of 2021. I have always transferred money to my account from my cash app and apple pay. On June 9, 2022 i transferred money from my cash app and later received an e-mail stating that my funds were being held for investigation. I called in response to their LLC filing offer for new business accounts. They (customer service rep) said they don't have any business accounts specialists. They further said you have to get a personal account to link to your business account, which violates federal laws governing LLCs, which by definition separate financial liability between the business and individual. In short, Oxygen has no idea what it is doing, and if you go for this offer, you may end up in serious trouble

Let’s be real. This app has serious issues❗️And they don’t fix account problems either. You have to wait days❗️
