The merchandise does not work and they over charge you, and they don't make sure their equipment works properly but they still want to charge you full price for it. They're unreasonable they do not want to help you solve any problems with the merchandise and they will not switch merchandise for one that works properly

There web site does not work and the phone number listed is also invalid. They are sending collection notices after stating no money was owed. They need to fix their accounting system.
