Pick somewhere else. I had never used a bipap machine before so I was new to all of it. Oxycare fitted me with a mask that I was not able to wear it all night. I ended up being charged for the machine because of length of use nightly. After discussing with my pulmonologist, she referred me to another DME. They fitted me with the right mask first try and now im wearing all night. Still getting billed for the machine from Oxycare.
