Great shop and fair prices. A different mechanic said I needed over 3000 in repairs and after visiting Oxtail I found out it wasn’t nearly as bad as I thought. I saved money here and would recommend this place to everyone!
Oxtail Auto is a true gem in the automotive repair business. Babak (the owner) was originally recommended to me by another shop which was unable to fix an issue on my 1991 GMC Syclone. The owner of the shop which referred me to Oxtail Auto told me that he was sure Babak would be able to figure out the problem and repair it. Indeed he was right. Since that time I have had Oxtail Auto work on my 1997 Honda Accord Wagon and 1991 Toyota Camry. I've also referred him to my daughter who had him replace the hybrid batteries on her ... read more

I called up to find out how much it would cost for an oil change and to have a trailer hitch installed on my car. The guy quotes me like 50-60 for the oil change. When I asked about the trailer hitch he said like 30. When i get there, I showed him the trailer hitch and he claims it would cost $150 to install the trailer hitch. He says there was a miscommunication and says the 30 was for the oil change if I brought my own supplies for the job. It is a matter of screwing on some bolts in. The job requires 3 sockets and I do no... read more
