I have been contemplating writing a review on this place, but if it means saving someone else's time and money then this will be worth it. I have been living here for almost a year now, and may I say this place is a huge disappointment. When I first moved into my unit it was disgusting!! I spent so much time just cleaning it, and it's not no regular cleaning you need to do when you move in. Have been living here since July, if I could leave 0 stars I would and if I could go back and not sign a lease agreement with them I also would. Definitely worth it to pay a little more elsewhere, wish I would have known this before I moved in. If you want peace, cleanliness, professionalism, respect. DONT MOVE HERE. It's owned by an investment company so that should tell you something. It's ALL ABOUT MONEY. They don't care AT ALL about residents. They hire incompetent puppets for the office who do anything they say despite how vile it may be. They recently decided it's better to shame residents by putting personal information taped to their door for all to see. It's "the new policy" apparently. My experience with this apartment complex was incredibly disappointing. I had scheduled a tour of a unit I was genuinely interested in and was asked to provide a security deposit to hold it. Upon arriving, I was met with an empty office. Despite waiting patiently for over an hour, no one showed up, and attempts to reach them via phone were futile.
