Terrible awful experience.. be warned .. if you have piercings and need an xray you will need to remove all jewelry. I was left to stand in a hallway to remove all of my jewelry which should have been mentioned during appointment call. And then they will refuse to extract wisdom teeth if you don’t agree to cadaver bone being used to fill the gap where the tooth is extracted. HORRIBLE SERVICE AND A WASTE OF 2 TRIPS! We had a consultation here for an extraction, and then an appt for the extraction just for them to not understand that we had allergies and they couldn’t even service us. We live 3 hours away and they completely wasted our time. The doctor and staff were RUDE and the don’t check their patients records at all apparently. They owe me $200 in gas money. Never EVER go here this place should be closed.
they are horrible with communicating, they cost me money cause I took a day off of work and all they did was an exam and didn't explain that, if they gave a heads up I wouldn't of done that. It was suppose to be an extraction on one molar and an examination on another one on the other side with a screw in to see where to go from there. I've had another place not use any Novocain or anesthesia one time and after not just seeing the reviews here and yelp I don't wanna go to my appointment on monday, apparently they have failed... read more
I traveled to multiple offices to have my wisdom teeth extracted but was told it was too close to the nerve and was just given antibiotics even though I was in excruciating pain. The wait time was a little long But the tooth was removed unbelievably quickly and I had no complications except the normal expected swelling . Dr. Alan Lavian is a master of his craft and I am very thankful.
