If I could give a zero or negative review, I would. This place is so unprofessional!! Came in for a root canal evaluation, the X-rays taking session was awful. They had no patience for me and made me feel awful through the whole experience. Once that was done I was sent to the front to wait. I’m very disappointed with my recent experiences at Oxnard Dental Group, especially with the dental doctor and front desk manager, Odalis. My family and I have been patients here since we were toddlers, even at their previous location, so this was upsetting. On Nov 28, the dental clinic explained that Medi-Cal does not cover broken teeth and only covers cavities and fillings, which resulted in me paying $50 for a “desensitizing resin” to repair a tooth (something unnecessary to use that many doctors do not use). All they care about is money they refused to give me general cleaning which is what I’m paying for because they forcefully wanted me to do the deep cleaning. What a great healthcare provider.
