I ordered flowers to be delivered for a family friends funeral. On the day of the viewing I received an email they were unable to deliver the flowers I tried calling no one answered. I should’ve read reviews 1st should I have known I wouldn’t have used them at all. Don’t use this company as they don’t care what’s important to you.
Placed an order last Wednesday to be delivered the next day.... the flowers were just delivered today..... tried calling them, not answering the phone , left messages no call back.... DO NOT USE THEM
Billed me twice for one order, and will not pick up their phone to make it right. I issued a chargeback through my credit card vendor, and they submitted "proof" that I ordered the product twice... somehow several hours apart, even though I clearly have an online receipt showing the order I submitted. Why on earth I would order the same thing twice, several hours apart? Absolutely horrible company, and if you use these folks, you've been warned. Do not ever shop here....no customer service, just stole my money, half my order was missing and the bouquet provided for Valentine did not have the red roses and advertised....horrible. I left several messages after and no one has called back or pick up a phone since then.
