I was at Nissan for 4 hours to have a new battery put in, that's the most ridiculous time I've had to wait at any dealership. They said they'd wash and vacuum it, wasn't done🤨 Unreal I can't believe how long I was there. Employees were friendly, but if I don't have to I'll never go back to that place!
They've got great customer service. No issues taking the shuttle all the way and I live 16 miles from the dealership. My car is always ready before the time they give.
