I was very pleased with the sales portion of ford, the financing process was smooth, however when I purchased my 2021 explorer a very minor thing was broken the front cup holder but not a huge deal. I was told to bring it back to be repaired to schedule an appt. They did not have openings for weeks which is totally fine it can wait, while waiting for said appointment my car became due for oil services as well so they scheduled everything at once. BUYERS BEWARE! And please read your warranty! Once you buy a car from them you are then useless! My daughter bought her first car a Ford Escape with the highest level extended warranty. Within 2 weeks her back up camera stopped working we had to jump through so MANY hoops and they kept telling us it wasn't covered. Luckily we did our due diligence and it was covered so if we would have listened to them would have been out $1800-$2000.
