Excellent service department and they got me in and out quick.
They were very friendly and efficient.
Took our 2025 Mach E into Oxmoor Ford Service for some minor recall service. After we got it home, we saw a scrape on the front fender that we had not noticed before, so I returned with the car to ask them about it. Service Manager Brandon Bond pulled up my file, and there was a photo of the front of the car with that scrape (What a great policy to photograph cars as they come in for service!).
