I have had 2 of my vehicles repaired at Louisville Collision. The staff really cares about you and your situation. I would recommend Louisville Collision above anyone else in the Greater Louisville area.
Shelly and team took excellent care of me and my car. I was nervous when they said they'd have to cut my trunk out, but car drives and looks great. Now next time, if they can keep the kid off snapchat that tagged me on the highway they would be be even greater miracle workers.

My teenage daughter had an accident in Louisville, far from home. She was ok but towed to Louisville Collision Center. I was out of town and they worked closely with me to repair the car and service my daughter. They have great customer service and did a fantastic job repairing the car. I'd highly recommend them.

I have had 2 great experiences with Louisville Collision Center. It was incredibly easy as they took care of all the details and made it a worry free process. I worked specifically with Lynn and he was able to speed up the timeline all while keeping me informed the entire way. He really went out of his way to communicate with my insurance company to ensure my car was returned in perfect condition. 5 star service with out a doubt.
