The technician just left from cleaning our filthy den, and dining room carpets. This was a trial before we had them ripped up, and replaced. I am very happy to say that he made our 22 year old almost white carpet look very close to new again. We don't need new carpet now !! � The carpet stains (coffee, tea, soda and pets) are ALL gone. The fibers are standing up again, and although he just left, you can already walk across it in socks, and they remain dry. We got a couple of puppies that created an unfortunate odor on some of our rugs and carpets before they were housebroken. The guys from Oxi Fresh showed up when they said they would and did a great job on the smell. Friendly, knowledgeable service. Strongly recommended.
Scott is an Arkansas State University alum, and he did an excellent job from start to finish! I will use OxiFresh in Jonesboro again for sure. The price was reasonable, the process was environmentally friendly, and the service was timely and thorough.
