If you want your carpets steam cleaned then this is NOT the place for you. Had to have them come in twice. First time carpets were left soaking wet and still dirty. Drying time 6-8 hours. Second round they were in and out within 25 minutes. Looked cleaner and not so wet. Customer service was good but I cannot recommend.
I was very satisfied with the cleanliness of our carpet, but I was disappointed in how things were left. Bryon didn't put the couch back where it was originally and did not put the furniture movers back under the legs of the couch. Also, the tile in the foyer was filthy after he left. I could see where he walked in and out. I washed the tile several times and I can still see his footprints. I am disappointed in that. However, I love the fact that my carpet is not soaking wet, and it smells and looks great.
I was super impressed with the carpet cleaning and the exceptional customer service!! Bryon was friendly and very informative. I loved how the carpet was Not soaking wet and dried within a couple hours. The carpet was cleaner than any other company I've used before. Thanks Oxi Fresh!!
