Robert arrived promptly for my scheduled appointment. He was excellent and clear when explaining the process and the drying time. You can tell he takes great pride in his work and making sure it was all done the correct way. Paid extra attention to traffic areas and two stains that were in the carpet. Got the carpet looking brand new! Best part about it is that my carpet is already dry and he left an hour ago!
