I signed a lease with two other roommates sophomore year for junior year. A few months later, close to move in, one of the women in the office had completely messed up our LEGALLY BINDING CONTRACT and I lived with one roommate in an apartment while the other had to live in a townhouse. Oxford West seemed, initially to be my best option of living for my roommate and I while going to school at Miami University. We visited several of their townhouses and signed a lease in February of 2017 along with a "guarantee" that we would be in the clear for getting a two bedroom townhouse. After months of checking back with management to see if we had got our address and getting no clear answers, we received and email at the end of June stating they overbooked and we weren't getting our townhouse.
