RecommendedOverall a good experience, we had a couple issues moving in (we asked for a furnished apartment and when we arrived there was no furniture) BUT they acted very swiftly to get people out there within the hour moving furniture into our unit, had someone come out to clean for no charge, and compensated us for the wait. Very responsive! Everyone was super friendly, they replaced our toilet the same day that we made the complaint, and the movers even helped carry not only the furniture but some of my personal boxes as well.
I loved living at Oxford West apartments! The staff was friendly and the location was perfect for us. Quality apartments for a great price! The workout room, pool, and the clubhouse are very nice perks. Definitely recommend living there!
I like this place
I have had a great experience with the staff at Oxford West who helped addressed concerns in moving from a different state. The amenities in the town homes are all new due to renovations over the last year, and the location is excellent for a student or staff working at or near Miami University. They have an online portal for renters to submit questions for management and for maintenance requests. My maintenance requests were completed in a timely manner with professionalism. Great location for a great price!!
Terrible experience. They were very disorganized. Woman who gave me a tour got lost on their own property and made us walk around the back end of properties in the mud and rain and also walking around dog crap... their lounge area was dirty and all their info on the back of the brochures were whited out. They also spoke ill of a resident in front of us and didn’t know their prices and had to tell us 3 different prices for one thing. Will never consider for living
