Worst place to possibly live in Oxford. New ownership is worse than the last. Been living here going on five years but I have had enough of this disgusting place. Mold infestation they refuse to fix. When we moved in there was no toilet seat and had to buy our own. Toilet is original from the 1990's and we have to use a plunger on it every flush even with pee because it's clogged with the hard water.
