The wait its ridiculous even tho i have an appointment already, still had to wait for 30 mntes and its not the first time. There is no different with the walk in.. please fix it
I have been coming to this GP for more than four years. The front desk staff have always had a bad attitude, and lately, it has gotten even worse. Every time I go there, they make me feel like I’m begging them for money. Except for Dr. Edward, the staff never listen. They don’t even let me finish my sentences before responding with, ‘How do you know?’ or ‘I don’t know!’ When I try to ask more questions, they just say, ‘I don’t have time!’ I recommend avoiding this place—unless you’re seeing Dr. Edward.
I've found Dr's Fadi and Ryan to be very petsonable and professional and the reception staff are super helpful both in person and on emails.
Great - Dr Fadi Rassam is very good and the nurses are excellent. I’ve always had great service from this medical centre.
