Alison told me she would refer me to a hospital and then when I called to get this referral she told me I had to come back and pay for another appointment to get this referral. Also said I could get a hospital scheme but then on the phone said I had to go private and pay. Not remembering what she’s told me or sticking to the same thing. Was rude over the phone
I had my first iron infusion at Oxford Village Medical Centre and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Nurse Tutz was absolutely lovely — so warm, attentive, and genuinely caring throughout the whole process. Dr. Fadi Rassam was also incredible. He was extremely professional, gentle, and took the time to explain everything clearly, which really helped calm my nerves. I have thin veins and a fear of needles, but Dr. Fadi Rassam was so patient and careful when inserting the cannula, which I really appreciated.... read more
Tried to book an appointment and was met with a very rude and indifferent receptionist. Very uncaring and unprofessional. You need to be very cautious going to this practice. Given some of the reviews that I have read about this practice and its practitioners a complaint to APHRA may be appropriate.
