I had my car serviced by these guy's last year. The price was average but not over the top. Not long after, I had to bring it back in because they did not tighten something all the way. They told me that, "It must have loosened over the past month". Ok sure, that can happen and I left it at that. A few months later it loosened again and broke while I was driving.
