My original review was hacked. This place was a circus of incompetence. Room smelled like urine and the night staff were terribly unhelpful- charged us a night after 5 minute turn around complaining about the room- we left. Had to find a room down the road late at night, my sister and I driving thru the night from Cali to idaho due to a death in the family. Horrible.
We stayed in room 235. The room was fine and it was clean. Our room was right next to the back door. And when it closes, it makes a loud clunking sound. It opened and closed over and over and over again, and it was impossible to ignore.
Beautiful rooms with plenty of space to stretch out. We stayed in a two bed suite- there were two bathrooms! The room had nice space with a sitting room couch- the vanity in the main room was separate from the tub. Very nice. The continental breakfast fair was average in a basement eating area. We didn’t see the pool, but the surrounding area was safe and lots of restaurants- even a rivian charge station within walking distance.
Overall, the hotel is pretty good! The workers are amazing people and are so kind, and the rooms are soundproof and comfortable! They have an emotional support dog named Welker who shows up daily and he's the sweetest! Their breakfast offered is absolutely wonderful and has a wide variety of options. The shower offers two different showerheads, and while I'm not sure of the specifics, one is large and wide and the other is standard. You can have one or both on at a time. Slept here after a day at Silverwood. Receptionist was very kind and professional at check in, breakfast in the morning had something for everyone. Eggs that were actually fully cooked, potatoes, sausages, cheese & salsa for toppings, individual tasty cereals, hot cocoa, waffles, juice… it was all pretty tasty.
