We have stayed at Oxford Suites in the Spokane Valley many times. The staff is very friendly and go out of their way to make sure our stay is as comfortable as possible. We stay at Oxford Suites a few times a year. This was our first time in the Spokane Valley one. As always, the facility and service was great. An extra big shout out to the woman working the dining room/kitchen during the free breakfasts. She went out of her way to talk to everyone in the room — this woman deserves a raise and a bonus. Exemplary service. She made up for two grumpy staff members we encountered :)

Went up for our sons doctor's appointment and then decided to go.to.the valley. Got the room for a surprisingly great deal compared to other hotels. I love how its right next to best buy and the valley mall and all the shops. The rooms are nice and spacious. The pool room is nice and updated. I believe its salt water? And it has a steam room and sauna. They also have a bar that serves food and they have a good free breakfast for guests. Probably will be staying there more.
