We travel 5-6 times a year.. We were greeted by Nas, he provided the best check in experience I've had at any hotel. He was genuinely caring and kind, we were happy with the hotel within a minute of talking to him. He made sure we were taken care of and knew everything about the hotel. He asked what we were interested in and then drew a map showing the appetizers, drinks, hot cocoa, how to get to the spa from our room. Friendly staff and homelike feel.
Our room with a view of the river was great. Everyone spoiled us! We asked and they delivered. We decided to have our grandson stay and he needed a toothbrush. The answer was yes and no charge. We asked if our daughters dog could stay in our room, yes with the fee. We enjoyed our special drinks with the soup and salad that was complimentary! We had a pleasant overnight at this pet-friendly hotel. It’s a nice location, right on the river and close to the mall for shopping and restaurants. The premium double queen room was spacious and quiet. Check-in was friendly and efficient. The evening “social” is pretty lackluster. There is a bar for free beer, wine, or well drinks which is nice, but the salad was pretty sad. Breakfast in the morning was fine. There were plenty of choices of the standard hotel hot breakfast items.
Fantastic, super clean hotel. Staff was incredibly friendly. You receive a complimentary breakfast daily with eggs, sausage, waffles etc. and a complimentary soup and salad with a free cocktail, wine or beer. The location is perfectly located with plenty of access to food and shopping. I don’t remember the last time I stayed at a hotel as clean as this one. The management of this hotel is top notch. Highly recommend!
