Bathroom is very small and sink is outside of it in the main part of the room. Request for housekeeping for only one day during stay was not passed on to Housekeeping from the front desk, which resulted in an extra trip to the front desk to get clean towels, coffee and toilet paper. Asked for clean coffee mugs too but man on duty couldn’t find where they were “hidden.” No “do not disturb” sign on back of door and didn’t get one until the last night we were there. Very clean, quiet, convenient stay!! Will stay here again
Been going to this location for many years with many other families and always fantastic service and nice clean rooms,the last couple have been not very nice,dirty room,dirty bath and price has almost doubled with less service,complained to the manager and were told the house keeper has been there for years ? And ? Maybe time to check on her work,will not be coming to this hotel any longer,maybe take care of your loyal customers.
We were here for a volleyball tournament and had a great stay. Girls were happy to be in walking distance to the mall and restaurants across the street. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Rooms were clean, beds comfortable. Great happy hour and the bartender is so nice. Breakfast buffet and breakfast staff were great! Rooms facing the river have a nice view. We were very pleased with our stay.
