Wonderful staff, very nice rooms, and always stay there when I’m in Chico!!
From check in to check out my friends and I enjoyed our stay! Joseph at the front desk was a joy to be greeted with and answered all of our questions every time we stopped by the front desk. We had a room with 2 queen beds and a sofa. It was nice to have a sofa area to relax on. I really liked having the sink area separate from the toilet and shower room. I have stayed here several times a year for the last 4 years during different events in Chico. Sadly, I have noticed a steady decline over the last 12 months at this once fantastic hotel. The once professional and courteous staff is now detached, slow and no help at all. Check in took forever , and by the time we were finally checked in the line behind us reached out the door. The check in staff were very friendly as was the bartender! Rooms were great as was the price! I will definitely stay there again!!!
