My favorite hotel to stay at in Chico! Staff are always helpful and friendly. The breakfast is always great not your typical hotel breakfast. This hotel has a great gym area including a sauna and steam room which is always clean! Five stars all the way around!
The Oxfords in Chico is the best. It’s clean, quiet, breakfast is great, and the staff well, I want to adopt all of them.

My family and I stayed here for NYE. We had a great time. The outdoor heated swimming pool was the perfect temperature, even in the rain. The hot tub was also perfect. We also used the gym, sauna and steam room, all were great. We enjoyed a complimentary drink and breakfast. All the front desk staff and the bartender were so friendly and helpful. We would definitely come back.
Stayed here with my wife and kids pillows were uncomfortable AC did not work correctly stuff was nice upon check-in. In the morning we noticed a live cockroach in the room videoed antique photos before killing it contacted front desk and they did not seem like they cared... Very unsettling with family wife and Young kids. They offered to move us to another room but since per vehicle was prepared to arrive within the hour we decided to just hang out in the gym which was super small only one exercise bike several people waitin... read more
