I have had a pretty good experience living here. I definitely think it’s better than being homeless bcuz I’ve been there too. I have really enjoyed the managers since being here she’s gone out of her way to be nice and friendly, and very helpful. The neighbors never complain and don’t bother anyone. Quiet at night the only thing I wish we had was washer n dryers in our units. Other then that I really don’t have any complaints.
Poorly managed.....manager never walks property to see whats going on & Does nothing when complaints are made. My aunts apt flooded from the dishwasher & the office is closed on weekends , and after calling emergency maintenance number she still got no response. But when she moved out, they had no problem completely overcharging her for cleaning and some other bullshit things to eat up her deposit.
