poor poor negatively poor customer service. Their websites of many many properties say to contact them for availability and guess what? no one is there to receive a single phone call. I have tried most of their properties atleast 24 times each and no one answers the call. I have emailed them and no one has replied. do one thing please! just put the price and availability online. saves a lot of money and precious time for people. ridiculous.
The Oxford Reality rental management (who maintains Easton North Apartment too) is very poor, not explaining the lease terms well. Initially they say one thing and they rip you off if you vacate the apartments. Rental office associates poor in language and talking to the tenants. Even thought I lived here for many years in this apartment, gave two months ahead notice and they charged totally 3 and half months payment and put me in the situation like I have to payback. Great place to live! Dorothy the property manager is not only a sweetheart but very helpful in answering any questions or having issues taken care of.
