Nice people, responsive
I rented from Oxford for 4 years. My lease went month to month after the first year but I never had any reason to look elsewhere. The leasing process was transparent and simple. My apartment was delivered to me in pristine condition. I was provided a move in packet that detailed everything I needed to know about the building, setting up utilities etc. The landlord was always quick to respond to any questions or issues, even those outside of their control. I’ve been with Oxford for almost 3 years and have lived in two of their properties. They’re far more friendly and honest than any other campus realtors I’ve dealt with in the past. I graduated last year and still remained a tenant because of the location and low cost of rent.
