I had a very disappointing experience with the management and staff at Oxford Properties at 10 Bay Street in Toronto. The biggest issue was the attitude and professionalism of the employees. Instead of being helpful, respectful, and solution-oriented, I found several staff members to be dismissive, unprofessional, and unwilling to properly address concerns. Security guards physically assault you when you browse the mall. Disrespectful and aggressive when you decide you do not want to purchase anything. I would avoid any properties with this management.
