Ashley was very nice
Since Lisa left, everything is a disaster, the person in charge is very rude, they do not take care of the changes they made and did not notify those tenants that we were already because it is new administration and it is not their fault, the rent and profits do not respect them they go up every month, and there is no control in cockroaches, DO NOT MOVE
I would not waste your time. The man at the front desk was nice, so was the maintenance man. However, they don’t answer the phone. It’s basically impossible to get through to a live human. I should have read the reviews before wasting my time. I had a conversation with someone from the property basically telling me I’d for sure get the place. Then I get flat out denied and I find it ridiculous because I make more than enough money to afford the apartment. Now they’re refusing to give my money back. What a total waste of my t... read more
Lisa the assistant manager has been a great help in understanding with any issues that have come up in my apartment. Her office has good people skills and it's prompt in taking care of maintenance request.
