DON'T MOVE TO THIS PLACE. I live here and for almost a year I have been in a battle with cockroaches and squiripas. There is no pest control, we have already reported and they fumigated but it was only in the kitchen and the whole apartment is mined. Then we fumigated on our own a couple more times and still the cockroaches and squeaks did not go away.
