My kids and I have been living at Oxford Planation for about 3 yrs. When we first moved in we didn’t have many Issues. The current Property Manager has got to be the worst one yet. We don’t have a Maintenance Man!!!!!
Pendergraph Management will STEAL YOUR MONEY! My apartment was SPOTLESS when I moved out and marked CLEAN during inspection but I was still CHARGED $325! If you try to call a MANAGER you will be IGNORED and told to WRITE A LETTER but they will STILL add the CHARGES to your CREDT REPORT! So SAD after being a WONDERFUL tenant for YEARS while NOTHING happens to other tenants who smoke MARIJUANA, have VICIOUS DOGS and ROACH INFESTATIONS in their apartments! I have been trying to get an apartment out here for years worked a wonderful job but I have been here in this miserable home with a man that does not help raise me with my infant and older child and it’s like I’m stuck here cause it seem to not have any openings anywhere it’s hard to get in touch with the office and to get any feed back every time I do an application and I have been doing a lot it’s like it get over looked.
