We are concerned about the rent going up $25.00 every year. We have never heard of this before. It's getting very expensive to stay out here especially for Senior citizens We have called Mr.Frank about our concerns and he has not returned our phone calls

My kids and I have been living at Oxford Planation for about 3 yrs. When we first moved in we didn’t have many Issues. The current Property Manager has got to be the worst one yet. We don’t have a Maintenance Man!!!!!
Pendergraph Management will STEAL YOUR MONEY! My apartment was SPOTLESS when I moved out and marked CLEAN during inspection but I was still CHARGED $325! If you try to call a MANAGER you will be IGNORED and told to WRITE A LETTER but they will STILL add the CHARGES to your CREDT REPORT! So SAD after being a WONDERFUL tenant for YEARS while NOTHING happens to other tenants who smoke MARIJUANA, have VICIOUS DOGS and ROACH INFESTATIONS in their apartments!
