This is the first review I have ever written in my life. I had a truly terrible experience here. This jewelry store is one of the worst experiences I have had. I took a bracelet purchased elsewhere for a repair. When I got the bracelet back, they had ruined it. When I asked the person running the shop, he spoke down to me and did not accept anything of what I was saying. This store has terrible customer service and does a poor job on their repairs.
