Nice place to live With well-kept houses and yards, a community pool and tennis courts and some walking paths, this is a pleasant place to live. A little slow with maintenance repairs, and on the weekend sometimes the hot water is gone by the afternoon. Soon going to change from rentals to condos. PROS: Pool, old trees, tennis courts, green areas, safe. CONS: Slow maintenance work, centipedes, weekends have some hot water trouble.
