Dr Harlan is so good & caring. I seen him most of my visits and he delivered my 3rd baby. Honestly had the best experience! I switched from a different practice close to the beginning of my third pregnancy and they was so good! This clinic did everything they could to keep me from figuring out the price of the services they offer. In order to figure how much my wife's blood tests would cost, I had to call this location, who told me to call billing, who told me I had to sign a power of attorney form which took 1 week. I called again, and they said they need the CPT codes for the tests. I went to the laboratory itself to get them, and they have no idea how much their own services cost. I went to TriHealth yesterday and saw Dr. Stein for my first obgyn appointment. I have seen a lot of different healthcare providers throughout my life, and he was by far THE WORST. Within the first minute of walking into the room, he said two different things that were completely inappropriate, offensive, and incompetent: 1. I am in a same-sex relationship, so the first thing he said was “oh so how did you do it?” Me: “Oh I tracked my ovulation.” Him: “No I mean like turkey baster? Hahahaha”. I cannot fathom why he would mak... read more
