I’ve been coming to Oxford nails since the summer and haven’t had an issue until today. I had a fill in done by Daisy and it did not meet my expectations. To start, she hovered over me when I was trying to pick a color, making me feel rushed (there was no other customers when I was there), and then I decided on a French. I’ve gone here twice in the last month and half hoping to find a salon I like that’s close by. Both times, they told me halfway through my appointment that there’s an up-charge for the color I chose. The first time, it was an extra $10. The second time, an extra $15. I understand that certain products or services cost a bit more, but that should be communicated BEFORE they start.
