PRO - Dr Mohammed was knowledgeable and I felt confident under his care. He wanted me to get certain tests done that day so he could have my results back for the next day. I appreciated that. What I don't appreciate is his tardiness! CON - I've been to this clinic twice in a row and he was late each time by 30 minutes. I booked his first appointments for both days. Appointment was for 12:15, got brought in at 1pm. They moved clinic location and didn't inform us. Also booked the appointment at the wrong time after confirming. Can never find me on their system when I call to book. Always had a good experience with dr. Abufayed but the front end customer service is so bad I'll be looking for a new doc.
My wife walked in with a possible broken ankle. She was told she needs to make an appointment on Monday. Today is Friday. Hardly able to walk. They totally refused to do anything for help. After telling them and trying to show the puffed up ankle. They told her sorry we can't help you at all. Come back Monday. We will NEVER come back here again. This medical center was a joke. Don't recommend it at all.
This clinic is holding my medical files hostage Dr. Abufyaed wants $50.00 dollars for the transfer of my files. I transferred to him when he became my doctor about 10 years or more ago. Why should the patient pay when he told me he was transferring offices and not taking his patients with him. He should be responsible for the charge. Let’s see what the College of physicians say.
