I had an appointment on July 29th, 2025 at 11:00 AM but ended up waiting for 43 minutes. To make matters worse, someone who arrived after me was called in before I was. When I questioned the staff about this, they said we were both booked at the same time, but I arrived first, so I believe I should have been seen first. This was very disappointing and I was not happy about it at all and I hope the clinic can improve their scheduling and communication to ensure that patient appointments are respected and managed fairly.

The quality of some services provided is high, but the rating of the clinic is low. So in Canada, I decided not to pay attention to the rating of clinics, only to some services . I think the best service providers in this clinic.
PRO - Dr Mohammed was knowledgeable and I felt confident under his care. He wanted me to get certain tests done that day so he could have my results back for the next day. I appreciated that. What I don't appreciate is his tardiness! CON - I've been to this clinic twice in a row and he was late each time by 30 minutes. I booked his first appointments for both days.
