Yeah stay far away. It’s a mall kiosk so your expectations should be low but these people are scammy. As can be. I have a decent watch and was looking for a quick cheap and easy battery replacement. My first mistake was coming to a mall kiosk. After 25 minutes of hammering at it with some tool, the guy tells me there’s corrosion and A B and C is wrong with it. I brought in 2 items & not only was I lied to on how long it would take. But they told me they couldn’t fix one of items which was fine, but they still charged me for it !! What a robbery !! Why charge me for something I didn’t even get fixed. Ridiculous!! I wouldn’t waste my time coming here if I were you unless you love being lied to, stolen from, & talked to rudely!
Really disappointing place! Brought two items to get repaired was told it would be ready the next day, which was perfect because that’s exactly what I was looking for. I come back the next day and they tell me it won’t be ready till the following weekend. That’s basically almost a week. If I was gonna knew it was gonna take this long, I wouldn’t have left my stuff there to begin with I asked for my items and they don’t even have it. whoever was working, the counter just brushed me off didn’t even care
They always help me out!! anytime I have a problem they always try to fix it with the best solution
