Charged more than I expected for watch repair ($250). Said it would take one week, took four. Often did not answer the phone when I tried to get updates. Despite paying a lot and waiting for a month, the repair did not fix the underlying problem (automatic mechanical watch running slow). I came in looking for wedding rings and the woman at the counter would not weigh the ring or allow me to weigh the ring. She was pushy and the prices she quoted me were VERY high, borderline rip off. Don't trust a jeweler who won't let you weigh the jewelry.
